Unlock the Value Sitting in Your Property

A Loan Against Property (LAP) lets you borrow against a residential or commercial property you already own, while continuing to use it. Through GTI Loans' verified DSA channel with Bank of India, you get access to higher loan amounts, longer tenures, and interest rates that are typically 0.5% to 0.7% lower than most other lenders.

It's a flexible option for funding business expansion, your child's higher education, medical emergencies, debt consolidation, or any significant personal expense — without having to sell the asset.

Common Uses

Business Expansion & Working Capital

Fund inventory, equipment, or expansion without diluting equity.

Education & Medical Expenses

Cover large, planned or unplanned expenses with a lump-sum disbursement.

Debt Consolidation

Combine multiple high-interest debts into a single, lower-interest LAP EMI.
